I am Yuichi Hashimoto, a beginner-friendly mountain guide. We will guide you to mountains near Tokyo, such as Mt. Takao, Okutama, Chichibu, Tanzawa, and Nikko, in small groups. Why not climb a mountain together safely and leisurely while observing nature and chatting?

Hiking, trekking, and mountain climbing in the green, blue sky, and vast nature will refresh and free your body and mind. Mountains in all four seasons are wonderful, with fresh greenery, summer mountains, autumn leaves, and winter mountains. You will be greeted by the sense of freedom of the mountains, the fresh air and scent, and the chirping of birds.

Even when the weather is unfortunately bad, you can still enjoy it to a certain extent. (In the event of bad weather such as storm that is expected to be dangerous, it will be canceled or postponed.) We welcome everyone, regardless of age or gender, from children to the elderly, or those who are worried about going to the mountains alone.

Basically, on the second Saturday of every month, our Refresh in Mountains group plans relatively easy guided mountain climbing. For experienced climbers, we can also take you to the Japanese Alps. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in mountains, regardless of nationality, whether you are a beginner, young or old, or have an interest in mountains.

Climbing tours currently being recruited are listed on a page of "Tour schedule". Please let us know by email if you would like to participate. If you are joining us for the first time, please let us know your past climbing or exercise history. If you would like to climb a mountain other than the one we have planned, please let us know the mountain you would like to climb and the desired date and time. We will make adjustments as much as possible.

In a "Request" page, I put Points to be understood by those who participate in this guided mountain excursion, and I place "Advices for enjoying climbing", please refer to them.
